To date there has been No announcement regarding funds received from the deal with Aaron Data Systems. Given they had $98k at the end of the December quarter with expected expenditure of $90k for the March quarter and no announcements regarding receipt of any funds I wonder how the company is paying its bills.
There are 10 days to go before the March quarterly is due, I expect there will be another placement made to a sophisticated investor or even Aaron could come up with some cash just prior to the issue of the quarterly to keep the dream alive.
The deal they have struck is no doubt creative, however based on previous Deals this deal could turn out to be 24k gold plated IMHO.
