Congrats, well done ! You do not need to do anything . The options will be issued automatically . They are not free shares but a free option to purchase a share at a price 25% above the 5 day vwap. The loyalty value is that you have 12 months to decide if you want to buy at this price . In the next 12 months should the SP go above the exercise price you can opt to cash out a profit by selling the option or wait till near expiry to decide if you want to sell or convert to a share by paying the ex price . However should the SP be below EP at expiry you would let them expire .
