Still not interested in anyone getting a hold of my private information though...set up a private FB page or the like, and encourage people to contact you. Then write your letter to the company with your petitioned supporters of this action. It is a free market, free country, free choices...just not when it comes to my private information and financial dealings. In fact I would be shocked that this is the intent of the clauses you reference in corporations act.
