sensible - 100% of what - no resource, no hydrocarbon intersections etc etc - moose pasture for all we know - anyone small or big take on the JV to test the prospect first up - common sense and more so these days in the capital restrictive environment we live - the majors once on discovery or even prior might offset some of their risk to a third party. T/O as in most cases sprouted on HC is a fanciful hope of the poster and is so far off the target in terms of commercial sense its not funny - only a Co like FAR who now holds significant resources/reserves could be considered a T/O target - the rest of the aussie pennydreadfuls aint even close!!
