Shougang up to 19%, once they reach 20% only option will be to launch t/o bid. clearly that is what the market is anticipating.
Would be disappointed with anything less than $1.20, and it would be opportunistic in view of Koolan not yet started, which is what MGX did to AZR previously.
With demand for Fe and spot prices rising MGX should finally be in the right place.
