Another point I forgot to make, PLS and others got priced so high by investors not by way of stage by stage progress then revaluation of the MC over months and years, investors priced in the ENTIRE project even before they had a dfs.
It was because the market priced in almost their entire end game production/profit forecast some 3 years ahead.
AGY have a proven resource, they are in the game to ultimately produce at least 10kt.
Now this may or may not happen, but I don't see a huge difference between the way PLS was seen a year ago to what AGY may be seen today.
I'm just stating what has happened in the past to similar projects and comparing AGY.
More than happy to be proven wrong.
