I hope you are right.. Which line on those reports would DJC be putting out their stock on?
Also... can you drill into a specific day? 9th Jan I think... 6.85m shares traded but 4.5m shares shorted with no disclosure as per corporations law requirements.
Pretty keen to track down who keeps shorting this and where the stock may be coming from given no major holders had stock out on lend at the time.. has been going on for years, and it would not surprise me if it was illegal naked shorting.
