Firstly I would like to thank Norm and co, they has guided this company from being a minnow to being worth a $Billion.

It has been a rollercoaster ride with the problems with Georgia, then Roseby and Ocampo then hitting the jackpot at palmarejo, why stop the rollercoaster now, the fun bit was still to ahead of us IMO!!

I also am not happy with this deal, having been a shareholder for over 6years, I sold half of what I had left today.

Bolnisi and Oxiana have changed my life, so bought more of the Ox today at exactly the same sp that I sold BSG for, so easy to compare future returns.

I was also a shareholder of Veldora gold quite some time ago now, which was also I remember run by Norm, sold that one to the another Canadian company called Williams resources, I sold some and took some script, dont know whether Williams are still around but I still have their script, and then the sp headed south big time(if anyone knows what happened to Williams please let me know). I might be able to use it to start my wood heater!!

I have been thinking all day but cant seem to make any sense out of this deal for BSG holders, the only thing I can think of, is this deal could have taken some time to stitch up, CDM were up near C$5 and BSG was under A$3 a few weeks ago, the premium could have evaporated in the last few weeks, but why betrove yourself to a company whose sp has been abismal and whos fundamentals look uncertain!!!

The reasons stated make no sense to me, for CDM shareholder-yes, for BSG shareholder-no

I know that management own a lot of Bolnisi, so you would think what is good for them is good for us, so maybe Norms thinking was this is as good as it gets, or maybe something else out of left field has changed his opionion of Palmarejo.

Maybe we should ask the good doctor for a second opinion....

I just dont get this one....
