I didn't reach $20 as a target, that was SirLunchaLot, but I do hold about 20,000 shares. I agree the current 170 contract is baked in.
What terminal rate did you use in your DCF model? The problem I see with using DCF modelling for a stock like this, where the pretty unique IP has been developed over years and is now in place for sale, is that it could have a massive upturn in earnings very quickly with little expenditure required.
