    Nice work VB
What response did you get from Harvard out of interest?
You highlight a good point that the insto's own their own trees and in some cases the land as well so QIN is simply a manager for a fee and replaceable if required. What I digested from the annual reports was that a US based investor (GMO) purchased land and plantations ( so presumably established) for a price of around $85k per ha. I have no idea what the land component is worth but for an established crop it seems like a good discount to the current PDS. So I was wondering If QIN are now pre planting before sale or did some other insto pull out to make that asset available for sale?
The journalists have often misled us with the regular comments suggesting QIN owns 12000 hectares of trees when they own around 1/3 of that and manage the rest.
