I also presume economics also stacks up if the pilot plant becomes eligible for the more general R&D tax incentive - also if qualify for R&D tax incentive I wonder whether this also has an added attraction to a potential JV partner on getting onboard in the pilot project? That is a quaetion for tax accountants who post here btw if they understand how tax law works in relation to the R&D tax incentive within, for example, a JV arrangement.
