I will address those issues.

I must confess that I am concerned with water flowing from the first fracced zone in Garcitas ranch.
I know a lot of gas wells produce associated water BUT this was the killer of the 1987 well.

Whippet_ , the company set up convertable notes to a value of 60m because they had to go thru extensive regulative means (eg call meeting,modify trust deed,etc) so, they just established the limit higher than they will hopefully need as not to go through the process again.

I think I will catch a bus into the AGM you never know who I will meet there.I have done a bit of homework and may just surprise a few people who will be there.

If we were to all meet up I think you would be surprised (as you can never tell a person by their web ID.)
