FAR cannot, do not and will not recognise the deal as official and would be advised not to give it any credence what so ever or waste any time or money on arbitration if there was a possibility Senegal could end up rejecting the deal.
Mediation had its merits for resolution but entering into legal proceedings with a major is a very serious and you need to have all your elephants in a row before you contemplate that one.
COP have played hard ball and dodgy ball all at the same time, expecting FAR to have no balls at all.
Well Hitler tactics are not going to cut it here and we all know what happened to his one ball don't we.
Cinderella was also not invited to the ball but do not worry she's not on FAR's payroll !
