The acquisition will have always been passed (it is MUS's interest), the only question is for how many shares. If the SP of MUS had been at 20c there is no way that Regius would be getting 30 million shares for it. CJ doesn't even have to do anything wrong to get the outcome most advantageous to himself personally because he has so many moronic helpers.
