AG admits to having HF in the mix. CaF2 +H2SO4 =HF which is immediately taken up by the silica to form Hexafluorosilicic acid. He admits it and then down plays it.

Then comes the question of what is going to be done with the H2SiF6? This is still dangerous especially in the quantities proposed. All it needs is some heat to start producing HF. Port Hedland ? Part 2 of the equation is recycling the reagents. AG has flagged doing so. This brings us back to HF. This is what AG wants to do. I very much doubt that they will add in extra steps and make CaF2.
