Themis Medicare JV

As per the announcement to the BSE, Themis has setup a joint venture company (within the UK) with Well Medical.

" The board of directors announce that Themis Medicare Limited has incorporated a Joint Venture Company in the United Kingdom know as "Carpo Medical Limited" as a Private Limited Company"

"Well Medical is an established company, marketing pharmaceutical products in the UK and other parts of the world, especially the European countries and has gained expertise in registering products, rates contract negotiations under National Health Scheme (NHS) in UK."

" The object of Carpo Medical is to market Themis products in the United Kingdom and other European countries - Themis Medicare will supply the products to Carpo Medical Limited (Joint Venture Company) which in turn will market the products for sale through NHS and/or direct distribution through market network."

Whilst early days, perhaps this is the vehicle required for TPM diclofenac to hit mainstream Europe.....
