I merely made a statement and asked the question ...Welfare is a reward for not working. Who should have higher rights and privileges? The taxpayers or those on Welfare?
The true unemployment rate as per Roy Morgan Research is about 18%.
My guess is that about 25% of enterprises in number and business volume generation [mining exporters, farming exports, and other enterprises] are the prime supporters of the other 75% being the unemployed, the pensioners and all government workers from State & Federal government who are also on the take from tax revenues and the other private businesses who feed from the economic revenue from imports.
I can't prove it yet because the stats from ABS are poorly collected and Treasury don't release them too easily. but they must know.
