    After researching this company and the management for the best part of 3 months I now firmly believe that LUM will be taken over by JC Decaux or they will become cornerstone investors. Dollison has sold companies to this organisation in the past. He will wait for his performance shares first, will get Lum/Vertigo profitable and then Dollison will market/sell the company to JC Decaux either via a takeover, or by JC Decaux helping fund the company's future growth.
