Have seen this many times after companies collapse when shareholders want to sue to get their money back.
From mid 2014 this company has been in decline with ample opportunity for everyone to take their funds out and not lose everything but people did hold on and lost everything.
Not trying to be a smarty because I was in and out 3 times and lost about $15k but how can you sue a company when you are not forced to hold? GLTA in future ventures. Not trying to be mean to anyone...just realistic.
