you are now at the quintissential essence of this current thinking.
Did FAR want to know how COP arrived at the value of the JV 35% ? (A totally legitimate question from a JV Partner because the 35% interest was subject to PE) Did COP provide that?
Or it is as it appears, did FAR want to know how they arrived at the value of COP Senegal B.V. the holding company? (An intersting question but not subject to PE rights)
