If I'm not mistaken this is almost a year old...........and I think you have posted it before?
The latest announcement is a good step. Can anyone explain to me why it took so long? Really, what have they actually been doing? Is this an issue of incompetence or was it an issue of appealing against the free-float for 9 months and finally capitulating?
