COP have not told FAR the price of the asset for PE purposes simple as that !
If they had we would not be one year down the track and still in dispute.
What is more simple than saying FAR the asset price is $X, you have 30 days to state your intentions.
Instead COP wrapped the asset up in a business and refused to give FAR the essential detail.
COP you have been sprung, get your head out of the clouds get your act together and retain some credibility, if you still have some to claim.
