    its same-old same-old.
s/h need to watch the language.
    weed-out the bulls###.
as usual there is more flowery show than the Canberra Flora Festival.

without a doubt, LWP must raise more funds soon.
We have been told on countless occasions that LWP has plenty of funds to finance the Pune project.
Remember, LWP is still paying salaries, rent, directors fees, listing fees, auditors, accountants. etc.
It is now paying lawyers fees on the VV case. These will be material, and I am sure that's partly why LWP changed lawyers mid-stream.
They are now paying Consultants and Engineers to work on the Pune plant design. That will cost heaps.
They have now provided the name of Consultants as evidence of the work.
They are/will be accumulating expenses going to/from USA. how much does all that cost?
They are still funding US$14,000 every month to pay out to Pune/Hallmark for zero return.
Now they are saying that the liquidation of the "liquid shares" will take another 45 days!!??
I can sell online in about 1 second.
Ergo the "liquid shares" ain't liquid. Remember s/h complaints that LWP combined the "value" of the shares with cash figure previously?!

    Something has to give.
As a general rule, Any Directors cannot afford to operate any company if it is insolvent, or may become insolvent when they incur a debt. that's the law. If a director operates a company when it is deemed insolvent, then the directors can be found to be personally liable for the debts incurred. That's one of the downsides of being a director.
So at some point, before cash reaches zero, LWP is going to have to raise funds.

It seems to me that there is no problem for LWP to CONSOLIDATE the shares.
it cannot push the SP any lower, can it!
so why not consolidate now,- it would be at least 100:1. at least.
then that would give some headroom to do a CR.
of course, it will cause SP post consolidation to drop further, but what the heck?
then they do a Unmarketable Parcel reduction, and get rid of small s/h, and supposedly admin costs.
    all just IMHO - DYOR
