Very important but not everything. For example if you can't get rid cheaply of unwanted impurities nobody will sign off-take contract with you. If your methodology is cheap but significantly ecologically destructive your project might be stopped at EIA etc.
At the end price USD 3500 pt is good though not as great as it was supposed to be with L-MAX.
