...that much is indisputable....if you read "change in substantial holding" you will see that this for the record....ask any broker why shares are loaned out and you may not get a direct answer, but having been in the brokerage biz in yrs. past I can say for sure the purpose of loaning out shares is for the purpose of shorting the stock....
so ML has been a party to the suppression of the ROC sp.....it is also no coincidence that we just had the biggest rise in sometime Friday.....I think this trend will continue...
