Over the last few weeks, I reluctantly had to relinquish 31000 shares to pay the ATO around $14K. This isn't all that bad, because it's mostly proceeds from trading profits. I was hoping for a higher SAU SP in order to lose less shares. Not to be, however, I'm looking to get some dry powder come in a couple of months time.
I should get about half of the recent ATO bill back after my return is submitted and the divvies may arrive about then, too. So I might have anything between $26-33K to plough back into SAU. Besides buying a few rolls of Silver Kookaburra's, I can't think of a better place to throw the spare cash at.
