Instead EMH publish a PFS on no continuous production/ plant data on an unproven technology...? I disagree with you on this point.
It does not matter as LPD do not need EMH to progress. LPD have a strategy and are following it. They will be in production before EMH in my opinion.
I agree that there are risks, but LPD have dealt with them better than most. Given such a positive PFS on a phase 1 (3000tpa) plant, the economics of a full scale plant will be markedly better still.
