Two things are quite evident.
1) You made a mistake equating a shareholding to the total share register. It is not my problem if you're writing one thing and meaning another.
2) I didn't pose a question nor did I mention Teva selling shares. Please refrain from making things up - you're just digging yourself a bigger hole!
