I don't think a war will happen and i think funding for this project will happen this year. On a macro level you've got the fed raising interest rates and you've got the american economy in recovery, which are good signs for global growth. Not to mention demand for resources.
IMO this N. Korea issue is just a bit of hype on the side for Trump to validate his position with the american military industrial complex, that he is going to do what they want. I don't see a war happening or even a strike, as you've got Russia and China right next door. There is too much to lose on both sides.
The share price of this might drop even to 5 cents, but i still see the fundamentals of it being strong.
