If Sentry was to rollout IAM to say 60% of its network of advisers, conservatively speaking.
Estimated number of advisers would be in the range of 210 FP's. If each FP was producing advice documents (SOAs) for a blend of new clients and ongoing clients on an average of 1 SOA every two working days less 4 weeks for annual leave = 120 SOA's per annum (Conservatively speaking)
120 SOA's x 210 advisers = 25,200 advice documents (SOA's) produced by IAM per annum for Sentry alone
25,200 x $40 (my estimated revenue) per SOA = $1,008,000 revenue per annum for IAM based on Sentry alone
25,200 x $60 (my estimated revenue) per SOA = $1,512,000 revenue per annum for IAM based on Sentry alone
25,200 x $80 (my estimated revenue) per SOA = $2,016,000 revenue per annum for IAM based on Sentry alone
Please note that Ongoing Service / Annual Review documents will charge a substantially less fee then a new advice SOA, again my estimated revenue is IMO. Current para planning services in Australia charge between $200 - $300 for simple SOA's and over $500 for complex strategies.
