To be honest I think it's as simple as the announcement was good but it's not anything to cause a further re-rate upwards. Probably just some traders trying to give it a pump or expecting that it might run due to high volatility on AGY lately. Could be wrong of course, lets see what the afternoon brings though I'm not expecting a lot.
