It's a positive announcement and 'could' provide some opportunities but at this stage of the game you want some commercial contracts thrown in amongst things as well. First 'new' kind of news in months but unfortunately won't starve off a significant cap raising imo.
I think most will be waiting for the quarterly to see the true position of the company before buying non-commercial announcements imo.
