    Precisely. I agree that there is heaps of potential here and they really are laying the ground work (hopefully it didn't come off as otherwise) - the fact that we've hit 16c is ridiculous but I guess that's how the market works in this end of town, they're more "what's happening right now" as opposed to "what will be in the near future".

    Crazy.
