PS: The first sentence in 1.1 sums it all up really, which read:-

"The Company proposes to complete the issue of 70,833,333 Shares under the Placement to Placees at an issue price of 24 cents, to raise $17,000,000 BEFORE THE COSTS OF THE PLACEMENT. In addition the Company will pay to Tricom a placement fee in relation to the Placement comprising of $1,320,000 and 15,000,000 Tricom Options."

It goes on to say:

"The Tricom Options are offered to Tricom pursuant to this Prospectus"

and also this:

"If the Options to be issued pursuant to this Propsectus are exercised, the Company will raise ADDITIONAL FUNDS of $30,041,666.55 on 85,833,333 Shares being issued".
