XM.CO.UK - account opening process

    Hi, I am a little confused. I just opened an account with XM.CO.UK as I have a UK residence. I had thought it would let me on-board in real time with the ISX system - but it does not. The system has not changed at all in that it still wants identity documents to be uploaded. This is the exact same method that other countries on-board clients with the XM platform

    Is the ISX system only implemented for withdrawal of funds, and not full KYC on-boarding yet?
