To me this appears as the first chink in the armour . Things are not going to plan and they are concerned .They have had my email for years and have never been concerned before about keeping me properly informed .And now they are working DILIGENTLY to prepare a Scheme Booklet to convince us that the SOA is in our best interests and now we are about to get the FULL FACTS .
Incidentally ,why is it a court-approved document , and what court ? Who appoints the Independent Expert and how independent is he/she .
And finally , to add salt to the wound , could I PLEASE read the Scheme Booklet CAREFULLY so I can make a properly informed decision . Mr Cottee , from the way shareholders have been treated so far , I already have made a properly informed decision . But I will read the Scheme Booklet if that makes you happy .
