Guys management of a company has little to do with the rise or fall of SP. There are many more factors affecting this. I own GRR as well; a profit earning company; the cash on hand is equal to their MC now. Then I have other stocks with zero income and market cap much more than 200 M AUD.
Share market is all about demand and supply of shares as well as manipulation thereof. Management of XPED may be equally perplexed as to why each of their action / news etc. regardless how good or bad, is forcing the SP down. This is a game where the rules are made for retail investors to lose their money. I have learnt this lesson very hard way. Once manipulation is over, SP will move up certainly.
