I think the USD$225M if converted would convert at 0.75c - so $300M AUD. and at 0.10c/share would result in the issue of 3B new shares. Added to the 3.6B shares currently on issue plus a few dribs and drabs of outstanding warrants would leave the total close to 7bn.
I'm confused though, MtK wouldn't be giving Lynas any cash in the conversion? Simply swapping debt for equity?
