1. They're said that every announcement, including the MOU announcements themselves, because they have to. It's not worded poorly, and is there for one reason: to cover legal ass.
2. Even if it was "poorly worded" (Which again, would mean every single announcement it's literally been copied and pasted from), surely the following quote from today offsets that?
"Argosy and its Strategic Adviser, Airguide International Pte Ltd have continued to progress various parties’ due diligence towards formalising an investment proposition for potential Stage 2 funding"
Sounds like good news to me.
