    Given what happened with the recent Sirtex study results, it'll be interesting to see how any results around alleviating pain/improving quality of life will be leveraged, as opposed to reduction in size of tumour and life expectancy.
    Life expectancy is rubbish with these cancers and I'd have thought that improvement in quality of life will be an important outcome, even if life expectancy dial does not move significantly...
