I don't think there is anything in the announcement that says the directors are obligated to buy the shares, are they? They could easily put this resolution in to look good, and then not buy any. Just a thought.
Man, this BOD has me so jaded and always looking for the dodgy move they can do, as they will almost certainly do it.
