G'day fitzy I know little of the theory you speak of (I've heard of it), sounds like it was written by some academic with no "real world" experience. Though it may have more relevance in the large cap stocks? Just to clarify, my thoughts are not derogatory of any method. I'm just saying that those who deride charting simply haven't put in sufficient effort to understand it. It's like playing tennis, kinda looks easy (just hit the ball over the net) but to get a consistant high percentage it takes a lot of hard work and experience. Like all endeavours, many casual observers have no idea of the intricacies involved.
IF you try technical analysis and can't make money, run trading seminars LOL I've been to some of those and the guys I've seen are an absolute joke. One guy didn't even have shoes and said he was broke because he "gave all his money away" LOL I digress, sorry Good luck to all and the gazillion methods you employ cheers Rod PS I do a lot of fundamental stuff as well, but not well enough to realy on it :-)
