I've been watching PNN. Their new shares will start trading on Monday. The SP has been at 3c while the placement was at 2.4c and the number of new shares is around 140mil? The SP dipped a bit and came back. It's just an example. Will be interesting to see how the market reacts when the new shares are floated.

I also think the CR being done now is related to the feasibility study. The cash flow part is due on 30 April. Maybe the feasibility study will be released next week.
