If you read what I actually said, it was in fact that I believe that MSB would almost certainly be asking for non dilutive cash- and the paper profits would make it an easier task to achieve.
Not that they would almost certainly be able to ask for non dilutive up front cash, as you have incorrectly interpreted it.
