I do offer a different point of view but I've not been sabotaging threads, but calling you out, as I smelt bull. I've not been asking for you to record phone calls (possibly illegal depending on state) or repeat word for word conversations, all I have asked is for you confirm what you stated, which was KDR withdrew from the mediation, you said you had been on to the phone to them and in a round about way you suggested they said it to you on the phone, but you never confirmed it,. you have been asked many time did they or didn't they, yes or no. All you had to answer was with one word, either yes or no, but you still haven't.

So again I ask:

Did you phone KDR and they said they had withdrawn themselves from the mediation (which is what you were implying) YES or NO

Are you going to answer this time, its not hard or have I just caught you out trying to deceive and you don't want to admit it??????
