    It's interesting to look at their price trends. The five-year graph at:
    http://au.finance.yahoo.com/q/bc?s=CTO.AX&t=5y&l=on&z=m&q=l&c=
    shows the price rises fairly consistently from May to September each year - different amplitudes and different ranges but fairly consistent increase.
    Any ideas why? from anybody?
