All THR now needs is the approval from the Aborigines CLC to drill and we are flying. We must remember that THR has held the exploration title for some time and has had various approvals from the CLC.
This latest approval is to ensure that any sacred burial grounds etc are not damaged by THR and everyone respects this. But their legal dept has been fully occupied in preparing a law case against the federal Government fot allowing the McArthur River lead zinc mine to expand. The CLC paperwork is a few weeks behind schedule.
