will scare and is scaring any potential buyers off.
They are price capping whoever they are, remember cash reserves are down to the 500-600k$ levels as of the last quarterly accounts and with 500k predicted for this quarter in exploration and (management) costs expect a cap raising hence the block sell roders that are 100% affective in keeping the price well below what i think should be about 20c a share
