If these tweets and the apparent leak of information is correct, the Company will need to either enter an immediate TH prior to trade commencing, or alternatively announce to the market a confirmation of what has been released through social media, prior to the commencement of trade. In the event that this does not occur and it becomes apparent to the ASX that the market is trading without full knowledge and disclosure of what would be market sensitive information the ASX has the power to place the Company into a TH with immediate effect whilst seeking clarification from the Company.

Looking at the indicative price just now it seems some are believing the social media even though nothing official has been released by the Company. Until the company releases something official to the ASX in the form of an announcement on company letterhead, all these social media posts are nothing but an unsubstantiated rumour. I would be inclined to be more reliant on official announcements as opposed to unsubstantiated rumours but that may well just be my legal training making me particularly suspicious of individuals claiming to have inside information.
