I would be very surprised with a decent revenue from Beyond Media. I doubt much though that would happen unless it's a one off prepayment for licensing. If they didn't spell out the deal and the revenue is say sub 100k or something then watch for the SP to be hammered. I'm sure the "words" used have been much bigger to warranty a few more zeroes in there.
